This white shirt is over 6 years old but I still pull it from the closet quite often. Today I have teamed with printed trousers from H&M and good old fashioned/will never give up or throw away/ completes my work wear, courts. Today its silver tipped Zara courts.
I love this sleeveless jacket . The crest gives it the preppy vibe I so rarely wear . The cigarette trousers makes the look 'Padow' ! Blue courts and navy blue blazer hones down the outfit.

This is my take on the little black dress 2014.
The CC necklace makes it current and urban and gives it a modern feel.
I could have easily chosen a black pair of courts but ........why?

On paper this looks oh so wrong but the shades and the tones are on the same scale so it makes it oh so right. I chose the darker shade of brown shoe to cement the look.
Love wearing this skirt as it always lets me feel like Money Penny with the hots for James Bond!

This fabulous quilted black jacket is so Joan Collins in Dynasty that I just love it! Very Diva! I wanted to walk around all day swinging my shoulders as if I was her. I decided to pair with a looser fit Zara trousers . The cinched waist created the silhouette that I wanted.
Some people like polka dots, some stripe but the print that beckons to me is plaid; Scottish plaid - tartan. I embrace it entirely. I love playing around with it, whether it is the print of the moment/season or not.
I hear the sounds of the Highlands calling........
P.S. I think I have a bit of Scott in me....jokes at the ready :)

Autumn tones..oh the weather has been horrendous! Thought I could bring the seasons forward with the right elements;Burgundy, teal and brown. Am so in love with this Celine bag, it completes me.
Velvet trousers help to cement the look. Draped Calvin Klein jacket gives it the 'Sherlock Holmes' feel that declares ' mystery solved'.
